BS 3621防盗锁性能测试标准
BS 3621标准规定了防盗机械操作单点锁总成（包括锁板、固定螺钉、装配结构、圆柱体和防护家具，如适用）的性能要求和测试方法，该总成：
a）包含符合BS EN 12209:2016的锁，该锁可以用钥匙从两侧锁定，从而只允许钥匙出口；和
b）用于建筑物的门、窗户门和入口门。本标准不包括提供无钥匙出口的防盗锁组件，即无需钥匙即可从内部解锁的锁组件，或除无钥匙出口外提供安全（无出口）模式的锁组件
Since its inception, BS 3621 has always required that a door is secure from both sides, meaning that, once locked; a key is always required to open the door, whether from the inside or the outside. BS 3621一直要求门从两侧都是安全的，这意味着，一旦锁上；无论是从里面还是从外面开门，总是需要一把钥匙。

BS 3621防盗锁性能测试要求
A BS 3621 lock will have undergone vigorous testing to ensure it meets the required standard of security and protection; typically it will have the following characteristics:
A 20mm protruding lock bolt (BS 3621-2007) tested to withstand extreme force and attack.
Hardened steel roller pins in the lock bolt to protect the lock bolt against cutting attack.
Hardened plate surround to protect the lock against attack by drilling.
Steel box frame receiver tested to resist attack.
The lock should have anti-pick features to help prevent lock picking.
Minimum of 1000 + key differs.
Minimum of 5 levers (for mortise deadlocks)
